Does your Dinosaur have Bette Davis eyes?
There has been debate over Bette’s eye color. My google search indicated dark blue. However, many pictures looked like green. Any experts out there?
I can hear Kim Carnes singing her 1981 hit that remained #1 for 9 weeks – “She’s got Bette Davis Eyes”!

Give your Dinosaurs the eyes of the stars Liz Taylor’s lavender beauties or those baby blues of Daniel Craig.
Checkout Jerry and Carolyn’s Glass Eyes Online site. http://glasseyesonline.com/
(Plastic Safety Eyes Slit Pupil Iridescent color in 24MM shown above)
They have many with a high gloss and come in a wide variety of colors and sizes that can help make your Dinosaur a Star!
If you order the clear eyes you have the flexibility to make your own design and color choices. Jerry & Carolyn offer many other design choices, as well. Their newest – Cabochon Eyes Narrow Slit Pupils are really cool! You can let your creativity ROAR!
My Raptor & T-Rex came with 15mm Plastic eyes. However, I felt a larger size would provide a better look. I requested larger 24mm size from Gilbert Ramos, the seller of these two Dinosaurs. The eyes Gilbert uses are unique in their construction. They provide an illusion that the eyes are following you!
What do you think of the before and after pictures below?
If your dinosaur doesn’t come with plastic or glass eyes, you may consider adding them. Make sure you choose a size that will compliment your Dinosaur and provide the look you wish.
Three of my Dinosaurs have metal eyes (below). Check with the artist regarding the best way to modify to allow for making a change. If you try to do it yourself with a metal punch, you might have disastrous results. You may decide in the end to leave them as they are and let paint be the enhancement, as I have with these three. After All, Variety is the Spice of Life!
Your feedback is appreciated Thank you.
