Max (Maximillian) & Dominic enjoy the T-Rex hatchling skeletons. Dominic loves my Wizard Staff. But It’s too large for Max and Jeffrey’s Raptor Staff is too small. Max needs a Staff that’s Just Right! That sounds like a familiar Story.
Let’s make some Wizard Staffs. The root base from Madera’s Pride makes an excellent topping. Branches from a Liquidambar tree work great for the Staff. After cleaning and trimming a double screw ¼ inch by 2 inches connects the two pieces securely. A 3/16 inch drill bit provides a starter hole for the connections. With three more Wizard Staffs to choose, Max found a Staff that’s just Right!
As promised a Dinosaur Pumpkin. I reviewed my dinosaur books until I found the image that inspired. I had some difficulty finding a pen or pencil to draw the Dinosaur, that would show up on the pumpkin. As a result, I cut the design free hand with the pumpkin carving tools. I’m considering hatching Dinosaur Eggs on the reverse side. Mini Candle Lights from Home Depot provide Safe & Fun illumination for the Dino-Lantern. Dominic and Jeffrey the Raptor Wizard pose with the T-Rex Pumpkin. See posts October 11th, 19th & 25th 2019 “The Dinosaur Wizard”, “The New T-Rex’s Perch & Fun for Halloween” & “The Haunted Museum” for more Dinosaur Pumpkin Carving & How to make Dinosaur Wizards.
